Dissapointing Olympic Games for Tomas.

It went wrong already in the short program. The quad became only a double and after Tomas fell on the triple axel the program was completely dead. "I tried to be calm from the beginning, I jumped the quad in training and I did it in the warm up too. I wanted to jump an amazing quad toe and then this happens. I do not have a very lucky season." Tomas commented about his short program.

In the long program Tomas was first to skate and his plan was to show his best side, a skate that belongs to the top. However it was not meant to be. He jumped the first quad wonderfully, but after he faltered again on the triple axel things just went downhill.

Now it's time for Tomas to get back on track in time for the world championships. There he finally wants to show what he's really capable of.
Tomas will stay in Vancouver until the end of the competition, hopes to do some sightseeing and he will cheer on other competitors of the Czech team.

We wish Tomas a fun time for the duration of the games and we hope that he will be back on top of his game soon!!
Please don't forget you can write your messages of encouragement too in the guestbook!
